I’m so glad you’re here!

At the end of the day, we are all human beings sharing the same planet. We were never meant to navigate life alone. While we all have our humanity in common, there are so many unique qualities that make up an individual. I practice from a place of authenticity, compassion, and curiosity to meet you wherever you are on your journey.

I believe everyone is the author of their own unique story. You have the power to re-write and shape your story in a way that is authentic and empowering for you, and I am here to support you in the process. I work to create an environment of compassion, curiosity, and creativity where you feel safe to be yourself, to discover yourself, and to step into yourself.

I am passionate about supporting young adults, adults, and teens in navigating life’s challenges with authenticity, curiosity, connection, and hope. I specialize in the intersection of mental health with LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence, with particular interest and experience in working with queer & trans folks in eating disorder recovery. I make space for acknowledging, processing, and challenging the intricate systems of oppression at play in our society. I strive to reduce shame by establishing connection and community. I am incredibly passionate about decolonizing mental health and strive for cultural humility in all aspects of my practice and personal life.

I bring my lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent person in ED recovery into my role as a therapist. I am passionate about increasing accessibility in eating disorder treatment, and pushing back on diet-culture and societal expectations so that clients may foster a strong mind-body connection rooted in their individual values. I practice with a Health at Every Size® lens emphasizing body liberation in my work.
