“The acorn doesn’t strive or worry to become an oak tree; it simply grows when provided the right conditions.”

Hi there!

My name is Alicia Cornwell (she/they) and I am a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Chelsea Fielder-Jenks, LPC-S, CEDS-S, PMH-C.

I believe that therapy should be as unique as the individuals participating. It's a collaborative adventure that can be raw, messy, and sometimes a bit uncomfortable, yet it's also beautifully transformative and can be a source of profound healing.

In my practice, I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and creativity to tailor your experience to your unique goals and values. I strive to create an environment of compassion, curiosity, and exploration where you feel safe to be yourself, to discover yourself, and to step into yourself. No matter where you are on your journey, your inner guiding light still shines. Together, we can nurture it’s glow and illuminate your path to wellness.

I am currently based in Austin, Texas. I offer virtual services for anyone in Texas and in-person services through Healgood Holistic Counseling Center located in North Austin. I am also co-facilitating Healgood’s Adolescent DBT Skills Group and Adult DBT Skills Group.
